How BUCFTS processes personal data submitted through this website.

    We use the data solely to answer your enquiry or review your membership application — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to membership (Art. 6(1)(b)).

    Data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or the membership procedure, and is then deleted.

    This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors. Fonts are served from our own server, with no third-party requests.

  6. Your rights

    You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
