Membership conditions
Membership in our union is open to everyone who works in or is interested in our field of activity and is willing to share their knowledge and experience with the other members.

Admission procedure
- 1ApplicationA written application to the Management Board and a completed questionnaire.
- 2DocumentsA certificate of good standing and a deposit equal to the joining fee.
- 3Board meetingThe applicant or an authorised person attends the Board meeting that reviews the application.
- 4IntroductionNew members are introduced at the next General Assembly.
- 5CertificateMembership is evidenced by the annual BUCFTS Certificate.
Who can join
- 1.1.Дееспособни физически лица - български граждани, извършващи добросъвестно митническо и външнотърговско обслужване в съответствие с българското законодателство.
- 1.2.Български юридически лица /ЮЛ/ и физически лица /ФЛ/, регистрирани по ТЗ, извършващи митническо и външнотърговско обслужване, в съответствие с българското законодателство.
- 1.3.В БСМВО могат да членуват фирми и физически лица, регистрирани по ТЗ, извършващи митническо и външнотърговско обслужване.
- 1.3.1.За членове на БСМВО могат да бъдат приемани само лицензирани за МА физически лица, нерегистрирани по ТЗ.

Membership fees
Annual fees are paid in two equal instalments — by 31 January and by 15 June of the current year.
