About us
We unite the customs agents in the Republic of Bulgaria. BUCFTS represents their common position and maintains a direct link with the state administration, government institutions and organisations.
The Bulgarian Union for Customs and Foreign Trade Services (BUCFTS) is a non-profit organisation established in 1995. The Union is a voluntary, independent, non-political, democratic, professional organisation that unites all entities which, in good faith and in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, offer comprehensive customs, foreign-trade and information services and meet the requirements to operate, regardless of their nationality, political orientation, religion, race, sex and capital origin.
The Union has proven that it can really improve and integrate the efforts of customs agents in the Republic of Bulgaria. The efficiency and professionalism of our members led to the closure of the circle: “CLIENT – DOCUMENTATION – ADMINISTRATION – CUSTOMS AGENCY – PUBLIC WAREHOUSES – NATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM”. BUCFTS represents the general position of all companies and establishes a direct link with the state administration, government institutions and organisations.
The team has implemented innovative practices in partnership with the state administration to improve the business environment in the Republic of Bulgaria since 1997.
Statute, Chapter II
Goals and means of achieving them
The Statute is legally binding in Bulgarian. An official English translation is not yet available.
- Да защитава и представлява в частна полза интересите на своите членове.
- Да съдействува за повишаване на митническо-административната култура в стопанските среди и за подобряване качеството на митническото и външнотърговско обслужване.
- Да представлява общата позиция на фирмите - членове на БСМВО, извършващи митническо и външнотърговско обслужване в Република България и да осъществява пряка връзка със съответните държавни органи, организации и институции.
- Да формира с участието на своите членове обща позиция при разработване и обсъждане на проекти за законови и подзаконови актове, свързани с митническото и външнотърговското обслужване.
- Да осъществява контакти с други подобни съюзи или асоциации в страната и в чужбина.
- Да съдействува за изграждане на етични, лоялни и коректни отношения между лицата, извършващи митническо и външнотърговско обслужване на територията на Република България в съответствие с Етичния кодекс на БСМВО.
- Да съдействува за обучението и повишаването на квалификацията на членовете на БСМВО.
- Да популяризира дейността на БСМВО и разпространява информация за услугите, предлагани от неговите членове.
